Wedding Ceremonies – Staff of the Center will join you in planning a wedding ceremony that embraces your unique spiritualities and personalities. For your special day you want a ceremony that reflects your beliefs, thoughts, and dreams for your marriage. We will help you create that experience. Customarily we meet with couples to explore your vision for your ceremony, work by telephone or on-line to create the wedding service, assure a smooth flowing event by scheduling a rehearsal, and file the Marriage License in the County in which you have your ceremony. Pre-marital counseling can be provided on request but is not required.

Spiritual Guidance – Spiritual Guidance (sometimes called spiritual direction) is a one-on-one conversation that focuses on the inner life of the client. Through active listening and reflecting to the clients story the spiritual guide acts as a “soul friend” on the journey of life. It is customary in spiritual guidance to meet once every four to six weeks for about one hour. These sessions may be customized according to your need.

Spiritual Guidance is NOT:

  • Psycho-therapy – the focus is on your life journey not resolving interpersonal or intrapersonal issues
  • Discipleship – the focus is on your understanding of the transcendent holy in life. No attempt will be made to convert or direct your spiritual path
  • A meeting with a guru – Your spiritual path is your own and we covenant to journey with you not make your decisions for you.

Baptism and Christenings - Sometimes people without a church home desire baptism or christening for a baby or child within the context of the family. This service can be provided in your home after consulting with a staff member.

Bereavement (Funeral) Services – In times of loss people who have no family clergyperson or church home seek a way to bring comfort and closure in a funeral or memorial service. Center staff has experience in providing a warm and dignified service at the Funeral Home or graveside. We are honored to offer a bereavement service that will meet your needs and honor the spiritual tradition of the deceased.

Special services can be fashioned for renewal of vows, union ceremonies, and other life transitions.
